Order Processing Time:
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your products in the best condition and in a timely manner.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping rates are based on weight, size, and delivery destination. All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is processed.
Packaging:
Fresh mushrooms are carefully packaged in eco-friendly, moisture-resistant materials to maintain freshness and protect against damage during transit.
We take extra care with perishable items to ensure they arrive in optimal condition, and use insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive products where applicable.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues:
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at care@shroomkraft.in within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging for any claims or returns.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving it.
