Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rachi, Jharkhand, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Patna High Court. The place of arbitration shall be Rachi, Jharkhand, India.

Amendments:

• Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 2 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
• Continued Use: By continuing to access or use our SaaS product after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
